We have engineered a Custom 3" Stainless single outlet cat back exhaust that is custom designed for the particular model Summit Unlimited you are purchasing. An optional Dual outlet exhaust is also available. The Dual outlet exits just behind the rear wheels to keep it out of harms way. This custom exhaust make your 6 cylinder sound like a V-8 under the hood.

Spin Tech Mufflers

Unlike any muffler you have ever seen or heard before Traditional muffler designs remove sound in two ways: friction and absorption. Friction mufflers (stock type, turbo type, chambered) have high back pressure and can cause extreme high resonance and noise inside the vehicle at certain engine speeds (2000 to 3000) RPM.

Absorption (packed mufflers) have a straight through design, they can have good flow but the packing begins to deteriorate and get louder as they wear out, and with modern engines the heat is very high which destroys the packing even quicker.

Spin Tech's patented design provides maximum performance for today's modern engines. Its all done by means of a Spin sound trap, which captures sound vibration (noise) and turns it into heat within the muffler case. As exhaust gases enter they are routed to the spin traps which create a high velocity vortex trapping the sound waves. The extremely high flow rates are achieved by a unique internal scavenging system that creates a venturi effect.

Developed and fine tuned in the toughest race tracks of America, our product development continues as "Spin Tech Performance" mufflers are gaining more and more followers in the extremely competitive racing areas of Drag Racing, Circle Track Racing and Road Racing! Race officials are frequently requiring mufflers on competition vehicles, more often than not the 95 DB rule is becoming the norm. TorqueTubes® Exhaust Manifold Assembly

4.0L 6CYL:

199105 WRANGLER, 199101 CHEROKEE, '9301 GRAND CHEROKEE, 199192 COMMANCHE: Banks TorqueTubes is a streamlined exhaust manifold designed to optimize exhaust flow and engine efficiency. Because the stock manifold's flange does not align squarely with the ports, flow is restricted. TorqueTube corrects the problem with a halfinch flange that is machined dead flat, and precisely fitted to the port pattern. You can hear the difference in the plusher, healthier exhaust note.

Unlike the stock, failureprone exhaust manifold, Banks TorqueTube is built of heavy, 409 stainless steel to weather a lifetime of heat, stress and abuse. The flange, welded to the tube assembly on both sides, will never crack or separate. The gasket is made of SMI 900, a material that stands up to superhot temperatures.

Bolts right on. Optional head pipe available for the best flow.

Torque tubes® Exhaust Manifold Assembly

199102 WRANGLER: The Banks Torque tubes assembly for the 2.5L Wrangler provides nearly identical engineering innovations and benefits as the Torque tubes for the 4.0L 6cylinder Jeeps: bulletproof construction … precision fit of the deadflat halfinch flange to the port pattern … imperviousness of the flange to cracking and separating … and the easy, bolton design. Includes an extrathick gasket (not shown) that stands up to superhot temperatures.

Monster® Exhaust

199105 4.0L and 200002 2.5L WRANGLER: Constructed entirely of heavygauge stainless steel, Banks Monster features a supervised, 2.5inch tailpipe with a stainless tailpipe tip polished to a mirror finish. Banks Monster muffler, its straightthrough performance muffler, is the industry's least restrictive. In comparison tests, Banks muffler flowed 498.2 cfm at 1 psi—a 139% improvement over the stock exhaust's 208.6 cfm, and about 44% better than the nearest competitor.

Monster virtually eliminates back pressure from the catalytic converter back, for more power and efficiency—and an authoritative, yet civil, exhaust note. For maximum results, combine with Banks TorqueTube system.
